ABOUT

The Best Way I Can Describe It (TBWICDI) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to transforming lives through the power of dance, mental awareness, and creative expression. Our mission is to nurture the mind, body, and spirit helping individuals, especially youth, find clarity, confidence, and purpose through movement and artistry.
Grounded in the CASEL Framework for Social Emotional Learning, TBWICDI integrates emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and collaboration into every part of our programming. We believe that creativity is more than performance it’s a pathway to healing, growth, and self-discovery.
Through our workshops and community programs, participants explore multiple dance genres including Ballet, Jazz, Step, and Hip Hop each serving as a foundation for discipline, expression, and versatility. Our approach ensures that students don’t just learn technique, but also gain life skills, leadership qualities, and a renewed sense of self-worth.
At TBWICDI, we’re committed to building a better future for the youth and strengthening communities through artistic and mental empowerment. Every class, discussion, and performance reflects our core values: growth, clarity, knowledge, and breaking the barriers of fear and anxiety.
